This is an alleyway in East Sheen that runs down an avenue of delightful 19th-century cottages, the model cottages. Model not because they were small, but because they were the perfect model for how homes for workers should be built.</div>

I think highway=pedestrian with appropriate access tags is quite a good <br>
fit here.<br>
<br>
The 5 mph is probably maxspeed:advisory, as enforceable 5mph limits are <br>
quite rare (I believe they need special permission from the Secretary of <br>
State).<br>

I don't think it's a highway=living_street, as there's specific signage <br>
for those in the UK and they're quite rare.<br>
<br>
There's a blue "Home Zone" sign, of which only local example which <br>
springs to mind is Cranberry Lane in Canning Town (although it still has <br>
a 30mph speed limit, which is very Newham).<br>
