    Lots in continental Europe, though I've not seen them with gates.
    The page above has a UK specific entry saying that they are called
    "Home Zones" Highway code 218. To be squeakily formal it should have
    some sort of version of the blue sign seen in the example photo.
    I've seen them mapped without though.<br>
