As so often with open data sources, the actual data isn't accurate
or detailed enough to be useful to OSM.<br>

I believe Richard F. already uses OSM data to determine urban areas
for his cycle travel router. <br>

boundaries mapped seem to be based on grid squares, so not

Not something we've directly tried to map in OSM, though
