This is easy enough as there are designated areas and an EA API, however.... It is sometimes possible for a new housing estate to be served by a completely different water company (no idea why, maybe they get a cheaper deal?).<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">So, what are your thoughts on, identifying new-ish housing estates and finding an example of this anomaly? I say 'newish' as it will probably need to have a postcode and possibly be lived in, not under construction.</div></div>
