    <p>Had a look at the split buildings layer near Bristol City Hall
      (BS1 5TR) and there seem to be diagonal "stripes" in buildings
      which have no relationship to the buildings/architecture -- an in
      other areas of the city.<br>
    </p>
    <p>It could be that there is some issue displaying in JOSM (or
      interaction with plugins) -- but if that's not the case then it's
      definitely unsuitable for an automatic import -- and of course in
      this instance buildings have already been "hand-drawn".<br>

        <div>I think it should work in both JOSM and iD but am
          struggling with iD at the moment. It's not my normal editor
          but I am sure I have got it to load MVT layers in the past.
          Maybe just user error at the moment.<br>
