This particular round of changes may not be national. This has been done in the past in outer London: minor TW9 and TW10 (Richmond) postboxes have had new signs fitted, but HA5 (Pinner) retains stickers from some years back. Boxes by parades of shops typically
 keep the extra collections.</div>

"From 20 February 2023, the final collection from this postbox will be<br>
made no earlier than 9am Monday to Friday and 7am on Saturday. The<br>
latest collection time for this area is shown on the postbox notice.<br>

It's not clear whether this is a local change, regional, or national.<br>

Do other postboxes around the UK have them, do any not, and do any<br>
have different times? Or implementation dates?<br>

If it's a national change I'll ask for Street Complete to prompt for a<br>
re-survey on all boxes.<br>
