spreadsheet that the original mapper used. Handily, that
formatting allows a web search to find the data:</p>

I had assumed it was the operator, but it does illustrate
perfectly why abbreviations should be expanded as you cannot
assume it will be interpreted the same way by different people.<br>

I suspect STW here stands for Sewage Treatment Works, not Severn Trent
Water. I'd argue that it should be part of the name, but the
abbreviation should be expanded.
