<p>The difficulty is that the 'name' tag is seen by some as the name
assigned by the organization and not the name seen on the premises
or used by the locals. <br>

<p>The 'location element' could be entered using the tagĀ 'branch'.</p>
<p>The 'name' assigned by the organization I'd suggest using the tag
'official_name' .. usually long and not something local would use
down the pub. <br>

I suspect STW here stands for Sewage Treatment Works, not
Severn Trent<br>
Water. I'd argue that it should be part of the name, but the<br>
