<pre>Could this data be made available in ESRi Shp format with different
layers of building dmage, bridge damage, and roadway blockage, each on
different layers ? If this type of data is available and could be
downloaded it would be very valuable, especially registered to UTM or
Lat-Long projection to match OSM's maps
