</div>Sure, that happens a lot of times. Sometimes people have heard of<br>
OSM, checked it out a few years ago, saw big blank spaces where they<br>
live, and haven't bothered to look recently. Sometimes they've simply<br>
never heard of it. And sometimes OSM simply isn't usable for them,<br>
but the solution to that is obvious.<br>
