<div dir="ltr">Hello everyone,<div><br></div><div>I just noticed that cities in India (and most things under admin_level 5) are actually nodes and not polygons/closed ways. Some googling around couldn't make sense out of this, so I'm sending a mail here to see if someone could explain this to me.</div>
