Would it be possible to use some cloud service where both the<br>
proposals are side-to-side and there is possibility of examining tone,<br>
tenor, language and terminology which is changed between the two.<br>
<br>
And as pointed out by a later poster, this seems to be in direct<br>
opposition to the one shared by MHA. I haven't gone through the draft<br>
from DST but from what has been told in the email, this seems to be<br>
better.<br>
