レソト王国（Lesotho；アフリカ南部の新興国）近郊エリアをマップする<br>
マッパソンを開催することにしました。<br>
我々は、イベントに参加する個人やグループを世界中から探しています。<br>
現在、レソト, アイルランドおよびドイツから、３グループが参加することが決定しています。<br>

HOTタスクマネージャを使用して、２つの主要実施項目に取り組みます。<br>
<br>
１．Rural(地方・近郊）-居住区のアウトラインを特定し、マッピングします。<br>
それらの居住区と主要な地物（川、湖等）との主要道路を入力します。<br>

２．都市 - ビルのトレースを行います。また、道路ネットワークを完成させます。<br>

</span>２０１３年の数週間と２０１４年の当初にレソトに旅行し、<br>
OSMデータを用いた鉄道地域計画の支援を行いました。<br>
これは、自治省（<span>the Ministry for Local Government )と、</span>首長（<span>Chieftainship）

Planner）の合意のもと実施されました。<br>

この小旅行により、</span><span>レソト王国と</span><span><span> フィンガル地域役所（Fingal

歴史的意義のある覚書（MoU：</span><span>memorandum of
understanding）が締結されました。<br>

その他のグループは、２０１５年初頭に、訪問の目的の一部として、以下の目的を設定し<br>
旅行することにしています。<br>

- OSMコミュニティを</span><span>レソトに作り、地域のコミュニティと信頼関係を構築し、OSMを<br>
調査し更新するトレーニングと ガイダンスを提供すること。<br>

Chief Physical Planner of Lesotho. The trip culminated in
an historic memorandum of understanding between Lesotho
