Some people for example prefer forums over email lists. There is no "user: Korea" folder in the official osm forums<br>

talk-ko is in English though.<br>
(Not talking about the languag of the actual conversations,<br>
just the mailman<br>

Should this be changed? (I'd say yes)<br>
