Yes, that would cover technical part of suggesting (if it was<br>
implemented in main editor - JOSM).<br>
iD is already notorious for suggesting changes (sometimes incorrect<br>
ones) pushing mappers to do changes which they do not understand which<br>
is wrong in principle.<br>

Therefore we would need:<br>
1. Knowledge part - info in wiki, as suggested by me. So that people<br>
can read and learn.<br>
2. Technical part - something suggested by Rihards.<br>
3. QA rule to homogenise dataset and keep it clean. Maybe this could<br>
even be moved to autocorrect rules...<br>
