<p>Jeigu daryti jungtinę duomenų bazę su Baltijos šalimis, tai
galbūt vertėtų daryti nuosavą sistemą, o ne prisirišti prie NSI.
Tai suteiktų lankstumo, tik klausimas ar tas lankstumas mums
praverstų, o ir įgyvendinimas būtų sunkesnis.</p>
<p>Turėti nuosavą JOSM preset'ų rinkinį būtų išties smagu...<br>

Yes, that would cover technical part of suggesting (if it

iD is already notorious for suggesting changes (sometimes
incorrect<br>
ones) pushing mappers to do changes which they do not
understand which<br>
is wrong in principle.<br>

Therefore we would need:<br>
1. Knowledge part - info in wiki, as suggested by me. So
that people<br>
can read and learn.<br>
2. Technical part - something suggested by Rihards.<br>
3. QA rule to homogenise dataset and keep it clean. Maybe
this could<br>
even be moved to autocorrect rules...<br>
