I don't think anyone is claiming that. You seem to be fond of exaggerations.<br>

So far we haven't seen a country that is capable to add the same amount of address data by crowd-surfing as the imports in Denmark or The Netherlands.<br></div><div>So how many mappers do we need to add the same amount of address data in a reasonable timeframe ? So yes, a tourist mapper can change BAG data.
