I have done some draft work on guidelines for marking roads of Nepal.<br>

Most of it is kind of copy paste from the India:Roads page but I've<br>
removed things that do not seem relevant in our context. For instance<br>
Indian roads are classified as NationalExpressways, NationalHighways,<br>
NationalExpressHighways, etc which I don't think we have.<br>
<br>
The classification is not based upon any fixed system, instead it is<br>
built on top of the general guidelines of OSM itself.<br>
<br>
If anyone is willing to verify and further contribute, I would be more<br>
than happy to collaborate on it.<br>
