Maning and all,

I've now uploaded all the Philippine island names from the GNS database, 2863 in all.  http://earth-info.nga.mil/gns/html/namefiles.htm

If there are any systematic errors, do let me know, I save a file which lets me quickly remove/replace them if necessary.

The names should start appearing in the Osmarender map view over the next few hours and in the Mapnik view on Thursday next week.
