I don't remember, if we have a consensus on this issue. As we all
know, most "national highway" are unnamed. The name "national
highway" is of little importance in navigation other than knowing this
maybe the major road (trunk, primary) leading to other towns.
I propose:
- We drop the name "National Highway".
- Whenever possible, we should use a name as what locals call it.
- Or, as a last resort, name the road segment to what towns/cities it
connects to. For example, "Marikina-Quezon City".
Thoughts?
