Yes, the southern part of Davao City and the northern part of Davao del Sur is the boundary in the province of Sta. Cruz. If you notice here http://openstreetmap.org/?lat=6.9742&lon=125.3851&zoom=12&layers=B000FTF there is no boundary between Sta. Cruz and Davao City yet, I am looking for the boundary data and if somebody has it, it will be great.<br>
