Ahmed, there's nothing wrong with adding commercial POIs in a general-purpose map even if its significance is not on a national-level.<br><br>If you think that this will impact on possible advertising revenues from OSM end-users, I don't think that the effect is significant.<br>
<br>The valid point that you've raised is that it'll be harder to maintain this data since businesses come and go, but I think some such data is useful and we just need to strike a balance between comprehensiveness and maintainability.<br>
