<br>In particular, they are against the reverting of assets to OSM-F when the relationship is terminated even if the local chapter had paid for those assets before the agreement (e.g., the <a href="http://openstreetmap.de">openstreetmap.de</a> domain). They are also against the consideration that local chapter members are automatically OSM-F members as well and that the local chapter has to pay the OSM-F membership fees.<br>

If I remember it right, Enthropia commited to help us in setting-up a<br>
local chapter. I believe Andre even posted a short survey to list<br>
members of what are their views on formalizing OSM-PH.<br>

Most people who answered are in favor of the formalization. Totor has<br>
some reservations for a possible admin/management overhead of a formal<br>
org.<br>

We want it done but somebody has to do it. :)<br>
