I'm willing to be an incorporator. And since the minimum capital for a non-profit is 5k pesos (I think), I'm willing to donate 1k pesos. However, the minimum required to open a bank account is 20-25k (depending on the bank) so I'm hoping somebody else can help foot that. :-)<br>
<br>Suggestion: I think it would be best that the incorporators all be in or near Metro Manila so that the signing of papers would be easy. But the board or directors/trustees and the set of officers can be anyone. The incorporators only function during the incorporation and dissolution stages, so I don't think the incorporators need to be diverse and representative of the community.<br>

If we want to move forward with this, we need 5 signatories as is<br>
required to setup a corporation. What this requires is a Cedula and TIN<br>
and that you sign the corporate documents. Also we need board members,<br>
specifically a treasurer who signs the bank titf and a corporate<br>
secretary who signs all the other stuff. Treasurer and Secretary can be<br>
one person but may not be the president I believe. So far we'll sign as<br>
1 incorporator, please put your name in the list if you wish to be an<br>
incorporator and or if you wish to be board member or wish to nominate<br>
someone for the board, I nominate Maning for President :)<br>
