Let's take note that any solution does *not* need to have OSM data involved. We do not need to push the OSM agenda right now since this is an emergency situation.<br><br>What the OSM community can do right now is to continue improving the OSM map data in the most affected areas: Marikina, Pasig, Cainta, and to a lesser degree, eastern Quezon City, Antipolo, San Mateo, Taytay, and the coastal areas of Laguna de Bay.<br>
