I went around Eastwood and here's some more info:

Mocha Blends <http://www.ka-fi.com/place/mocha_blends__eastwood> has free Wi-Fi but they charge 50/hr for the use of power outlets.

Caffecino <http://www.ka-fi.com/place/dome__eastwood> has free Wi-Fi too. They have a function room that can seat 15 people but it costs P3,500 for 3 hours (consumable). There are scattered power outlets in the main area however.

UCC has just offered free Wi-Fi but power outlets are very scarce.

There's an Eastwood-wide Airborne Access hotspot. There's also WiGo but you need to install an ad bar and that only works for Windows and Mac, no Linux.

Other places with free power outlets but no free Wi-Fi: Starbucks City Walk 2 (but there's usually lots of people here), Starbucks Eastwood Mall (many people too), Coffee Bean City Walk 2, Coffee Bean Eastwood Mall.
