Anyway, I modified the style code to add the is_in:country=Philippines<br>
prior to compiling the map. Since, it is a required tag for mkgmap.<br>
IMO, this should be fixed by mkgmap later since the is_in tags are<br>
very difficult to manage. Using polygons and relations of boundaries<br>
should be better.<br>

No need to re-add the is_in:country tag in the main osm database. Now<br>
you only have two contires to choose from: Philippines and PHL. ;)<br>
