Compilation is now back to normal.  I'm using the pbf format instead<br>
of the usual OSM xml. The current philippines xml file is ~400 MB<br>
already and my compile machine probably can't cope with the large data<br>
anymore.  A problem I am happy to deal with anyway.<br>
