hehe...I agree. lots of experiments here in Metro Manila too. It's just recently that i noticed Paseo de Roxas in Makati from makati ave to Buendia is now a dual-carriageway with a few meters now with permanent concrete and steel railings. I pass there everyday but i didn't take notice till a few days ago :P<br>
