It's just<br>recently that i noticed Paseo de Roxas in Makati from makati ave to Buendia<br>is now a dual-carriageway with a few meters now with permanent concrete and<br>steel railings. I pass there everyday but i didn't take notice till a few<br>days ago :P<br><br>I remember also the moving bollards in Pasig. one lane in the
