Oh hi,

I was the one who put them there. As temporary dividers between municipalities. When we passed by those markers that welcome you along the national highway, I put a straight line perpendicular to that. Or is this not good practice?

Hi Eugene,

Just wondering what these straight lines near Alaminos and Bani are for? are they also imagery outlines?

http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=16.1869&lon=119.9511&zoom=12&layers=M
Hi guys,

Based on the response to my other e-mail, I've gone ahead and deleted
all known imagery outline ways in the Philippines from the database.

I have also updated the Imagery Coverage Map and added the outline for
the QuickBird imagery in Pangasinan, and the EO-1 imagery in
Negros.[1]

I have also created an online Github repository containing the
required files for this map so that other people can help update
it.[2] The most interesting file in that repository is the data.osm
file which is an OSM file that contains the imagery outlines.[3] So
instead of adding the outlines to the main OSM database, this file
should be updated. And from there I can update the web map to reflect
the changes.
Enjoy! :-D
