Even before the Project NOAH website was launched years ago, I have<br>
been talking to Dr. Mahar Lagmay on possible collaborations. Â Slowly<br>
they are now adopting OSM as the resource for updated basemap to<br>
complement the hazard mapping they are doing.<br>
