My assumption for extracting this data is that they are existing OSM<br>
POIs which were planned to be polygonized but was accidentally<br>

In my random, eye-balling. I did see many of these duplicates (2-3<br>
times). I completely deleted these duplicated using JOSM validation<br>
[1]<br>

Please have a look and let me know if I made it worse.<br>
