Nice find about the Nigerian connection. <br>

Regarding DWG involvement, there's still an open ticket
(#2021042410000096) for this issue. Things were already elevated to
them back in April <a href="https://github.com/OSMPH/papercut_fix/issues/80#issuecomment-826069931">[1]</a>
due to complete lack of communication. I will ask them to put this
on hold for now.<br>
