I begin to merge data on Ramallah district, if you agree with it (I add a
note on
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Palestine_WestBank).
Before I start, I have a question concerning naming. Which language should
I use for the first tag name ? English or Arabic ? Both ? I can add
name:ar, name:he and name:en, but what about name: ?
