As it happens, I just updated tram route 46, but some others are still out of date.<br>

In principle we could use data from <a href="http://ratb.ro" target="_blank">ratb.ro</a>[1][2] to automatically flag incorrect and out-of-date routes by comparing the stop names.<br>
