ArcGIS.com hosts many MassGIS data sets as tiles. You can see them<br>

MassGIS just purchased very new images for the state from google.<br>
Google has restricted its use and we can't use them from JOSM, but It<br>
looks like viewing the images in Oliver is ok.<br>
