 if the trails that don't have an access tag, but are on a parcel with 
access=restricted should be rendered as permissive or private. <br></div><div><br></div><div>About 1/2 of the access=restricted are in MA from the import. <br></div><div><br></div><div><div><a href="https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/access=restricted#map">https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/access=restricted#map</a></div><div><br></div></div>Does anybody have any idea what "access=restricted" means?  <br></div><div><br></div>Jason<br></div>
