the Natick portion has been open as unimproved trail (jogging,
mountainbikes?) for some time, this improvement project will bring it to

told construction has actually ben underway for a couple months but the

Per prior comment on US-Talk about merging relations being awkward for history, I am not creating two separate relations now, since it's maybe only months until we could have a single relation.
