I feel like I don't really understand the grand plan for how relations<br>
like this are supposed to work, but a relation with 1200 members sounds<br>
really difficult to deal with. I have the impression that there is a<br>
reasonably common practice of having relations for segments and then<br>
another relation that all the relations belong to.<br>

I am somewhat familiar with the small part of it in North Acton. I<br>
