The election has ended and here are the results are in.

Welty and Steven Johnson.

Details:

There were 31 potential voters and of that, 23 voted[1]. Each member
could vote for up to 5 nominees.

Here are the final tallies, in order of number of votes:

[1] One ballot needed to be removed from the final count as the person
who cast it voted for too many people. This voter was notified twice
and acknowledged both times. One person only voted for one nominee,
which accounts for the off number of votes.
