I think the most complex thing you can do is to put a colored box around the text box for the name label of a way. I think the map would look a whole lot better if it displayed the actual shield for the locale.<br>
<br>Once we get that figured out, then we can argue about how the renderer should figure out which shield to draw.<br></div></div>
