</blockquote><div><br>There's a "copy tags" feature in JOSM that doesn't seem to work. That's about the only way I know of right now.<br><br>I can't think of a way to automate it, though. It looks like something that could be pretty easy to put in to Amazon's mechanical turk: "which one of these is better?"<br>
