To be clear, you have to check for any feature that intersects it, not

just bridges.<br><br>

I do not think this should be done. Maybe generate a list automatically,

but the changes should be made manually because I think they will point

out other cascading problems that are best analyzed and fixed instead of

just repairing one symptom.<br><br>

For example, parts of major freeways in So Cal have one side with layer=1

and one without a layer tag (implying layer=0), creating havoc at ramps

and interchanges that can only be fixed by looking at the actual

situation. I've fixed a lot of these, but there is much work yet to be

done.<br>
