The exception would be if our website expressly states that there are other conditions/restrictions on the use of the data in question (such as when we obtain data from a 3d party that restricts our use of the data.) I have not read the specific CC license Michal refers to, but I don't think there would be a conflict unless the CC license is contrary to the City's disclaimer/limitation of liability/indemnity language.
