<p>Probably, but at one time, I'd actually heard of school bus routes that were open to the public. I very seriously doubt these exist in this day and age.</p>
<p>Plus, wouldn't this be exceptionally variable year-to-year?</p>
<p>I guess send a polite note to the creator and see what the genesis was.</p>
