i have sent out invitations to all new board members to join the

another early agenda item is to figure out roles on the new board.
in the
past we've talked through who will be president, vp, treasurer,
secretary and
it has been easy and non-controversial, but this board is 80% new

I agree about the idea of the handoff agenda, but with or without, I will
also be in the meeting tomorrow. We should at least go in with some goals
on what we plan to accomplish this year, and discuss if those goals are
practical and how we can work together to help each other with our goals,
and how our goals fit with the goals of the greater OSM US.
I'm going to try to be on the IRC channel more often as well.

Perhaps the outgoing board can help you to put together an agenda,
here on the list? I'm sure they'll have some thoughts on a smooth
transition as well.
Also #osm-us is a low traffic irc channel that might work for you.
#osm-us is on irc.oftc.net, and available from the browser at
