I'm cleaning up large sections of NW Tucson. The original tiger data load, in 2009, does not match Bing and in some cases, added roads that are not there. Plus there is a number of new developments that have gone up since then. <div>
<br></div><div>I have been removing really screwed up sections and replacing them with Tiger 2011 data. The 2011 data is good quality. The roads line up well with Bing and gps traces I've done.</div><div><br></div>

Using JOSM to copy the tiger data to OSM I end up with red circles with no tag. I can manually remove these in Potlatch but I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong. Any suggestions. Manually removing the tag isn't hard, but the quantity of tags is daunting. </div>
