i think that maybe adapt-a-highway is probably an example of something best done as a mashup rather than something that ought to go in the OSM database.<br>
it seems to me to be a likely maintenance problem in the long run.<br>

once it's entered into OSM? that is, what data consumer do you imagine would use it,<br>
