I'm wondering on how to mark turn:lanes in the case of an implied right turn. For example, let's say that you're approaching a traffic light and there are four lanes heading in your direction. The left-most (1st) lane is indicated as a left-only lane. The second, third, and fourth lanes are unmarked (therefore, it would be <span style="font-family: 'courier new'; ">none</span> for these lanes). This would mean that the second and third lanes are straight-only, and the fourth lane is straight and right (let's assume a right-turn is allowed here).</div><p style="white-space: pre-wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; text-indent: 0px; "> </p><div style="white-space: pre-wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; text-indent: 0px; ">In this scenario, would this be marked as <span style="font-family: 'courier new'; ">left|none|none|none</span> or <span style="font-family: 'courier new'; ">left|none|none|through;right</span>, and if it's the former, would data consumers have to infer from the turn restrictions and see that a right turn is allowed there?</div><p style="white-space: pre-wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; text-indent: 0px; "> </p><div style="white-space: pre-wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; text-indent: 0px; ">-- </div><div style="white-space: pre-wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; text-indent: 0px; ">Saikrishna Arcot</div>_______________________________________________<br>Talk-us mailing list<br><a href="mailto:Talk-us@openstreetmap.org">Talk-us@openstreetmap.org</a><br><a href="https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-us">https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-us</a><br></div></span></blockquote></div><br></div></body></html>
